Apart from wheat flour, Bogasari also produces pasta for national demand and export. Export countries are e.g. Philippines, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bahrain and others. In Indonesia, Bogasari’s pasta is branded as La Fonte and Sedani.

Pasta is produced from mixing durum flour (also called semolina) and water, then formed into different size and shapes. Semolina is flour made from milling of durum wheat seeds (+/- 250 micron) that is yellow in colour. Our pasta is processed without food colouring nor any other additive. Pasta is a healthy source of carbohydrate since it also contains fibre, protein, vitamin and minerals.
Pasta is formed into three types – long pasta which is known as: Spaghetti, Fettuccini, Vermicelli, etc, short pasta such as: Macaroni, Fusilli, Penne etc, and special shapes such as: Lasagne, Farfalloni etc. With such variety of shapes and size, pasta would make a perfect basis for everyday dishes, from simple to luxurious meal.

La Fonte brand stands for three different line of pasta products: they are regular/dry pasta, instant pasta , and pasta sauce.
